Project Management

Silverwood Interiors ensures every project is completed within the agreed timeframe and budget through a structured approach:

  • Client Brief

We start by identifying the client's specific requirements, establishing the design direction, and discussing budgets and timescales to ensure alignment.

  • Concept Design

We produce a concept design, including a furniture layout and Mood boards/visual representations, and present it to the client for approval before developing the detailed design.

  • Design Development

Designers refine concepts, create detailed drawings, visuals, and propose furniture, fittings, bespoke elements via sample boards, high-quality 3D renderings, and walkthrough videos for virtual space construction.

  • Technical Design

The approved design evolves into a technical plan, blending interior elements with detailed technical specifications. This encompasses designing air condi- tioning, electrical, plumbing, fire systems, and other essential systems to meet regulatory standards and ensure occupant safety and comfort.

  • Technical & Commercial Bid

We prepare the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project cost, submitting it as a commercial bid. Upon job award, we initiate the procurement phase

  • Procurement

We review the detailed design and BOQ, as well as order and schedule the pro- curement of furniture, fittings, and equipment through discussions with sup- pliers to ensure timely installation

  • Construction to Completiont

We communicate client expectations to the site team and subcon- tractors, monitoring progress at regular intervals to ensure high-quality workmanship.

  • Handover

Upon project completion, we deliver Operation and Maintenance Manuals and As-Built drawings, ensuring a seamless handover of fully customized spaces that meet client requirements, and finalize project closeout documentation for a smooth conclusion.
